Stuart Baldwin is the Managing Director of abacus 155 Ltd - trading as abacus smarter accountants - and had over 20 years experience of being an accountant / Finance Director in the food industry before setting up the business. This means that in addition to being able to do all the core tasks of an accountant, a more added value / consulting role can also be provided if required.
abacus smarter accountants is based in Ripon, but operates throughout North Yorkshire and in County Durham.
We have a number of clients in and around Ripon, Harrogate, Northallerton, Richmond and Darlington.

Where we believe you would benefit from operating as a Limited Company a report outlining the benefits, implications and tax savings will be produced. If you decide to proceed the Company can be formed for you and any other changes made (VAT, payroll).

Pricing
We operate to a fixed fee that is agreed in advance for all the work we do.
We prefer people to pay by monthly standing order to spread the cost for yourself and to minimise administration time for us, so we can concentrate on providing you with the service you want.
